Hydration Tips

  • Drink Yummy - Water that tastes good is easier to consume. Try great-tasting UltraWater!
  • Drink Early - When you get up in the morning you are dehydrated. Drink plenty of water before your coffee!
  • Drink Late -  Your body loses water while you sleep so enjoy a glass of water just before you go to sleep.
  • Don't Wait - By the time you feel thirsty; you probably have already lost two or more cups of your total body water.
  • Drink Water not Sugar - Instead of sweet, calorie-dense beverages, drink water during mealtime.
  • Drink Water not Caffeine - Avoid caffeinated drinks as they are diuretic and don't help your hydration!
